 You may return items within 3 days of receiving them.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number at info@souveniraccessories.com  for further instructions. 
To be eligible for a return, items must be in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition, and should be returned in their original packaging within the 3-day period. Returns sent outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not provide free return labels.

 The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the value of the item only, not including any delivery costs. Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or refunded. We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged or show signs of wear. Items must be in resealable condition to be eligible for return. If your order is returned and meets our return criteria, you will receive a refund for the item total. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless we have made an error on the shipping label





REFUND

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@souveniraccessories.com By purchasing a product with Souvenir accessories you agree to all terms and conditions stated





FAULTY GOODS

 All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged.
 If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please get in touch immediately via info@souveniraccessories.com attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.
 If it has been 24 hours since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products are considered as "misuse by the buyer".
